Welcome to Emmie's Theatre School!
Our program offers comprehensive training in acting, singing, and dancing, tailored for children and delivered by qualified teachers. Here's what we provide: Lessons in singing, acting and dancing.
Christmas Pantomime Performance: Students will work towards a festive pantomime, bringing holiday cheer and showcasing their talents.
Costumes Provided
Specialisation: If your child is particularly keen on one specific area—acting, singing, or dancing—that's perfectly fine. There will be roles and opportunities for all abilities, ensuring every child can participate and excel in their preferred field.

1. Enrolment & Fees
1.1. Enrolment: Enrolment is confirmed once a completed registration form and full payment has been received.
1.2. Payment Structure: Fees are payable per show in advance.
1.3. Refunds and Cancellations: Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the school.
2. Attendance & Conduct
2.1. Punctuality and Behaviour: Students are expected to arrive on time and behave respectfully towards staff, peers, and property. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
2.2. Absences: Parents/guardians must notify the the theatre tchool in advance if their child will be absent from a session.
2.3. Dismissal Policy: The school reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behaviour is deemed consistently disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
3. Health & Safety
3.1. Medical Conditions: Parents/guardians must inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs their child has.
3.2.
Illness: Children who are unwell or contagious should not attend classes. The school reserves the right to send a child home if they appear unwell.
3.3. Emergency Contacts: Parents must provide up-to-date emergency contact details and authorize staff to act in case of a medical emergency.
4. Photography & Media Consent4.
1. The school may take photographs and videos during classes and performances for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media).
4.2. Consent will be requested on the registration form. Parents/guardians may opt out at any time by notifying the school in writing.
5. Performance Participation
5.1. Rehearsals and Shows: Students are expected to attend all rehearsals and performances if they wish to take part in productions.5.2. Commitment: Participation in performances may require additional rehearsal time. Parents/guardians will be informed in advance of all scheduling.
6. Liability Waiver
6.1. While every effort is made to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, the school cannot accept responsibility for any injury sustained during classes or performances, or for loss or damage to personal property.
6.2. Participation is at the parent/guardian’s and student’s own risk.
7. Drop-off & Pick-up Policy
7.1. Children must be dropped off and collected promptly at the times specified for their sessions.
7.2. The school is not responsible for supervising children outside of scheduled class times.
7.3. Written permission is required if someone other than the parent/guardian will be collecting the child.
8. Communication
8.1. The school communicates important updates via email or text. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to check these regularly.
8.2. Any changes to contact details must be communicated to the school promptly.
